Delete your 123Beep account
You can request deletion of your 123Beep account and personal data even if you no longer have access to the mobile app.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@123beep.com.
- Use the subject: 123Beep Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your 123Beep account and, if known, the name of your organization.
- Send the request from your account email when possible. We may ask for additional information to verify that the request is authorized.
What will be deleted
When an account deletion request is verified and completed, we will delete or de identify personal information associated with that account as appropriate, including:
- The user's 123Beep authentication account
- Profile information associated with that user
- Organization membership and personal access assignments
- Other personal data associated with the account that is not required to be retained for a legitimate reason
Organization records
Some information belongs to an organization rather than to an individual leader account. For example, meeting history and participant attendance records may need to remain available to other authorized organization administrators. When appropriate, retained organization records will no longer identify the deleted user.
If you are requesting deletion of an entire organization or participant record, state that clearly in your request so we can review the correct data and authorization.
Participant data requests
Organization administrators, parents, guardians, or other authorized individuals may request correction or deletion of participant data by emailing the same address. We may need to verify your relationship to the participant or organization before completing the request.
Retention after a deletion request
Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup rotation. We will not keep personal information longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Processing time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and within any timeframe required by applicable law. We may contact you if additional information is needed to complete the request.
